Dhaulagiri is the 7th highest mountain standing for an adventure into the wild. This trek has been designed to capture the best and popular trekking region of Nepal, while avoiding the heavy traffic of the Annapurna Sanctuary trails. It's nevertheless a demanding and remote wilderness trek that completes a challenging circuit around the massif. Few trekkers have explored the far side of Dhaulagiri and had the satisfaction of completing this outstanding trek. It's a long difficult trek around Dhaulagiri - following Marsyangdi Khola westwards to Darbang, then turning north on a tiny trail leading through forests into the high country. Much of the route covers snow and glacier as it crosses French Col. (5,240m) and Dhampus pass (5,155m). Starting from Beni to the Kali Gandaki valley, the trek crosses high passes and rivers of Kali Gandaki and Bheri stands Dhaulagiri Himal, a massive ridge with a continues to Marpha and by passing the best panorama view of Annapurna and other many more mountains to Birethanti.
Dhaulagiri trek you have to cross two challenging high mountain passes, which are the French Pass at 5360m and the Thapa Pass at 5200m. The Dhaulagiri Circuit can be immensely rewarding as you are walking through the most beautiful scenery that the world has on offer, though you do need a sense of adventure and an increased ability to deal with unexpected.

Day 03: Trek Babiachor to Dharapani (1400m) 5-6 hrs
Day 04: Trek Dharapani to Muri (1850m) 5-6 hrs
Day 05: Trek Muri to Boghara (2080m) 5-6 hrs
Day 06: Trek to Dobang (2520m) 5-6 hrs
Day 07: Trek Dobang to Choriban Khola (3110m) 5-6 hrs
Day 08: Trek Choriban Khola to Italian Base Camp (3660m) 6-7 hrs
Day 09: Acclimatization at Italian base camp and rest day
Day 10: Trek base camp to Glacier Camp (4210m) 5-6 hrs
Day 11: Trek Glacier Camp to Dhaulagiri Base Camp (4740m) 6-7 hrs
Day 12: Rest and explore day
Day 13: Cross French Pass (5360m) then trek to Hidden Valley (5200m) 6-7 hrs
Day 14: Cross Dhampus pass (5200m), and trek to Yak Kharka (3680m) 6-7 hrs
Day 15: Trek Yak Kharka to Jomsom (2710m) 5-6 hrs
Day 16: Fly Jomsom to Pokhara (35 min)
Day 17: Pokhara to Kathmandu fly 25 min. /drive 6-7 hrs
